Although "Yagura Tei" is known for their flaming hot black ramen, their "shina soba" or the Chinese style ramen is actually really popular too! The soup is made from fish broth and NOT spicy at all. The pork is made with the Chef's original sauce and tastes splendid! Even if you can't eat spicy food, if you want to try the traditional Chinese-style ramen, this store is a good choice!
